2. Ordering & Account
To place an order, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for verification. You may optionally sign in with Google for a faster experience.
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
Prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments
We accept payments via SSLCOMMERZ, which supports major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and net banking.
Cash on Delivery is available for select areas within Dhaka and Chattogram, subject to order value limits.
EMI (Equal Monthly Installment) options are available on select products through partnered banks. EMI terms and eligibility are displayed on the product page.
All payments are processed securely. M.K. Electronics does not store your card details on our servers.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times vary by location: 2–48 hours within Dhaka and Chattogram metro areas; 3–7 business days for other districts.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product weight, and order value. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders.
Upon delivery, please inspect the product packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Report any damage immediately to the delivery personnel.
M.K. Electronics is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the product description.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and documentation intact.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
6. Warranty
All products sold by M.K. Electronics carry the official manufacturer's warranty. Warranty duration and terms vary by product and brand.
