All products carry the official manufacturer's warranty — we're an authorised dealer for every brand we sell.

Product-level warranties take priority
The terms listed below are general guidelines. Always check the individual product page for its specific warranty — parts warranty, service warranty, and detailed policy may differ from this general policy, and are displayed on every product listing.
All products sold by M.K. Electronics carry the official manufacturer's warranty. As an authorised dealer for every brand we carry, we ensure that every product comes with genuine warranty coverage backed by the manufacturer's service network in Bangladesh.
All televisions and displays carry official manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page.
Typical coverage: 1–2 years comprehensive warranty on parts and service.
Panel warranty (where applicable) may extend to 2–3 years depending on the brand and model.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Installation damage, physical damage, and voltage fluctuation damage are not covered.
Refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other major appliances carry manufacturer warranty.
Compressor warranty for refrigerators and AC units typically extends to 10 years (varies by brand).
General parts and service warranty: 1–2 years from the date of purchase.
Installation must be performed by authorized personnel. Improper installation may void warranty.
Soundbars, speakers, and audio systems carry 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Warranty covers electronic component failures under normal use.
Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Small kitchen appliances, personal care items, and accessories carry 6 months to 1 year warranty.
Consumable parts (filters, blades, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The following are generally excluded from warranty coverage across all product categories:
• Physical damage, including cracks, dents, and scratches • Damage from power surges, lightning, or voltage fluctuations • Water or liquid damage • Unauthorized repair or modification by non-certified technicians • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse • Products with removed or altered serial numbers • Consumable items (batteries, filters, remote controls after 3 months)
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support at 09613-333111 or email info@mke.com.bd with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will verify your purchase and warranty eligibility.
3. If eligible, we will arrange for a service technician visit or ask you to bring the product to the nearest authorized service center.
4. Repairs will be completed using genuine parts. If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement of the same or equivalent model will be provided.
5. Typical turnaround time: 7–14 business days for parts-based repairs; immediate replacement for dead-on-arrival (DOA) products reported within 72 hours.
Required documents: Original purchase receipt or order confirmation, product serial number, and warranty card (if applicable).
